Mission: Zen and the Art of Weapon Maintenance from Moose’s notebook on the workbench.
Skins: These are White Quality 1 weapons crafted as a practice item for the mission. They share a skin with Green Q1 blade, AR, pistols, elemental and blood;  White Q0 fist, pistols, elemental and blood; and the reward hammer, shotgun and chaos focus from For a Fistful of Zombies.

Availability: The skins are the same as common crafted/drop Quality 8 Purples and skins #2 of the Quality 9 Blues.

Weapons Quartermaster – PvP Blue Q6

Availability: These weapons use the common Quality 6 Blue skins, also available from the Council of Venice Envoy in Blue Mountains.

Note: As a side note, though they share a skin the PvP weapons have 225 Weapon Power while the Council of Venice Envoy weapons have 235 Weapon Power.

Quality 10 purple weapons have one skin each.

Availability:  Crafting or drops. Also available from the Minister of Ca’ d’Oro in the Sunken Library.

Purple, Quality 9

Quality 9 purple weapons have one skin each, same one as Quality 10 Blues.

Availability:  Crafting or drops. It would probably be easiest to craft Quality 10 Blue weapons to get the skin you are after.

Purple, Quality 8

Quality 8 purple weapons have one skin each; same one as some of the Quality 9 Blues.

Availability:  Skins can be acquired by crafting Quality 8 Purples or Quality 9 Blues, occasionally found as drops or purchased from the PvP Weapons Quartermaster in Faction HQs.

Purple, Quality 7

Quality 7 purple weapons have one skin each; same one as skin #1 for Quality 9 Blues.

Availability:  Crafting or very rarely as drops. It would probably be easiest to craft Quality 9 Blue weapons to get the skin you are after.
